The Creative Hub
Studio Shakti (studioshaktinola.com):
Studio Shakti is a 1,650 sq ft dance, art, and event venue space in the Faubourg Marigny, located inside the New Orleans Healing Center. Opened in February 2025, it was built to be more than a studio. It is a community gathering hub for creatives, entrepreneurs, healers, and cultural events of all kinds.
On the production side, we coordinate and host monthly business networking events, theatre-style shows and productions, small-scale community festivals and gatherings, art exhibits, and workshops held at the studio or at the New Orleans Healing Center. Event planning and day-of coordination services are also available on and off site.
The Authority Engine
Spotlight Strategy Group (inthespotlight504.com)
Spotlight Strategy Group is a PR, communications, and marketing boutique firm working with founders and executives on media strategy, brand authority, and growth communications. We work with clients who are investing in their visibility and reputation, and they usually come to us in one of three places:
Growth Mode: Actively growing and ready to be seen.
Authority Building: Building the kind of credibility that opens doors and commands rooms.
Exit Communications: Protecting and shaping a legacy before, during, and after a business or leadership transition.
The Storytelling
In the Spotlight 504 is a digital editorial platform covering New Orleans culture, food, music, lifestyle, business, and festival life. It lives primarily on Instagram and Facebook, and it functions as both an authentic voice for this city and a strategic content and PR tool for our clients. It is where storytelling and strategy meet.
All brands share one home base, one founder, and one belief: that connection, community, culture, and creativity are not separate things. They are the same thing.
La Comunidad
Las Fridas Krewe is a New Orleans Mardi Gras krewe dedicated to celebrating Latin American culture, art, and community. Publicly launched in April 2026 and headquartered at Studio Shakti, the krewe centers female and gender-fluid voices and takes its name and spirit from Frida Kahlo... the Mexican painter whose life and work embodied resilience, identity, and unapologetic self-expression.
Our first public appearance is Pride Fest on June 13, 2026, with our official parade debut on January 9, 2027 with the Krewe of Mosaique. Membership is open and growing, with a community that spans New Orleans and beyond. Las Fridas is committed to authentic cultural representation, community education, and the joyful, visible celebration of Latin American heritage in the heart of New Orleans krewe culture.
